Beach Dreams Cottages
Beach Dreams has become the place to vacation in Wells, Maine. Take a look at what we have to rent or buy and you could be enjoying the summer at your very own cottage just minutes from the beach.
Entrance to our villages is provided off of Route 1 in Wells over a paved and well landscaped boulevard. We provide gated access to the property to ensure privacy for our owners and guests. Each of our villages is named to remind all of us why we are here. The villages vary in number of cottages and are placed in a beautiful setting for you to enjoy.
Our villages offer larger community living or smaller, private villages. Two of our villages have three cottages making the atmosphere intimate and relaxing. Other villages offer a more community feel, ranging from 6 cottages to a larger 18 cottage community. We want to ensure every person feels comfortable in our complex.
Within the villages, we offer two styles of summer cottages that contain many amenities to give you a summer of enjoyment. Our Starfish and Sand Dollar cottages include two bedrooms, one full bathroom, spacious family rooms, kitchen/dining areas, sun rooms or three season porches.
Other amenities include:
- Bright, cheery kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, solid oak cabinets, and choice of flooring colors or hardwood floor as an option;
- Large selection of kitchen and bathroom counter top colors. We now also offer granite counter tops;
- Berber carpet in living room, hallways and bedrooms with hardwood floors as an option;
- Washer and dryer ready laundry room.
Our amenity package is the center of our village space. There are several spaces throughout the acreage which will provide your family with areas to exercise and enjoy life. This includes multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball areas, bocce courts, croquet lawns, horseshoe pits, walking and biking trails as well as gazebos to sit and enjoy everything Maine has to offer.
