The Beach Dreams community is an oasis in Wells, Maine that caters to people of many tastes and interests. You can take a walk, car ride, or the trolley to nearby Moody, Wells, and Ogunquit beaches or stay at the community and sit by one of our pools.
The Dream Club (picture at right) is our lodge where your family will have a central location to meet, spend time with other families, have a barbecue or relax in the Jacuzzi while your friends swim in one of our pools or your young children enjoy the kiddie pool. We have multiple meeting areas within the building, bathrooms and a game room complete with video games and a pool table for the adults. We have installed a flat screen TV over the fireplace where many members congregate to cheer on our favorite boys of summer, the Red Sox. Our fitness room is fully furnished with state of the art equipment so you can maintain your routine while enjoying your summer vacation. Nearby are our men’s and woman’s locker rooms on the lower level. We also have a tennis court and bocce ball courts for a little competitive fun.
We now offer wireless connectivity across our entire property so you can stay connected while relaxing and enjoying your vacation.
Our units offer many amenities to make your stay at Beach Dreams comfortable, fun and relaxing all at the same time. All cottages include two bedrooms, one full bathroom, spacious family rooms, kitchen/dining areas and sun rooms and three season porches for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Prices do not include 7% Maine State Sales Tax and $75.00 cleaning charge. Rent and cleaning fees are due prior to arrival (see rental agreement for specific payment terms). $400.00 refundable security deposit is due at the time of check-in. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Directions
For those of you who like verbal directions, the following will easily get you to Beach Dreams.
- From Massachusetts, take I95N into Maine.
- Take the ME-109/ME-9 exit- EXIT 19- toward WELLS/SANFORD.
- Turn LEFT onto SANFORD RD/ME-9/ME-109 for 0.5 miles.
- Turn RIGHT onto CHAPEL RD for 1.2 miles.
- Turn RIGHT onto POST RD/US-1/BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY.
- Beach Dreams Cottages is about 2 miles on your right across the street from Pine Tree Gardens.
