Sand Dollar R

This quaint side entry cottage has been redesigned to provide an expanded porch and better flow to the kitchen and living room area. The Sand Dollar R now features a 140 square foot farmer’s porch accessible from a set of sliding glass doors off the living room. The farmer’s porch can be upgraded to an optional sun room as shown in the plans below, to provide you with a large area to entertain your family and friends.

There are many options available to you to add at the time of purchase or working with the developer in the field.
