A Year Round Getaway

Welcome to our newest village option in our Beach Dreams Community. Lighthouse Commons are residential townhomes and condominiums developed to provide a comfortable get-away for year round enjoyment.

Like Beach Dreams Cottages, Lighthouse Commons is arranged in villages with the number of units in each of village ranging from intimate 2 unit to the more social 12 unit villages to provide our members the atmosphere they desire. Lighthouse Commons is made up of the following villages:

Acadia Village is a residential village that includes three town homes in two or three bedroom configurations. (C-1 through C-3) This Village is Sold Out.
Sea Cove Village (D1 – D4) is comprised of single, duplex and quad (4) unit offerings with both front and side entries, available for year round access and use with no one stay more than 28 days. These units have Oxford blue siding, a white trim and a navy blue door. This Village is Sold Out.
Beach Walk Village (D17 – D20) is a quaint village of four units that will have light maple siding, white trim and a pumpkin front door.
Gate Side Village (D5 – D6) is a two unit village that will have light maple siding, white trim and a sandalwood door. This Village is Sold Out
Sea Shell Village (D7 – D8) is another cozy two unit village that will have cypress siding, white trim and a spruce front door.
